I've walked

PERSONAL PROFILE
I had always dreamed of retiring at a relatively young age. So, about seven years ago, I sold my software company with a grand plan to spend my days lazing around the pool while managing my investments. But a funny story, that plan lasted less than a year. Don’t get me wrong; I wasn’t bored. I just felt unproductive! I decided that starting another software company would be a terrible idea. I didn’t want to deal with boards or demanding venture capitalists while being chained to a desk for 80 hours a week. So, what’s an outgoing, over-educated entrepreneur with a background in finance, marketing, and a pretty good understanding of data analytics supposed to do? Well, if he has a passion for luxury home design and real estate investing and enjoys working with people, it turns out the answer is real estate. For me, real estate is where experience, passion, and opportunity intersect.

After being in the industry for a few years, I decided to pioneer the development of a new type of real estate agent – the Private Client Real Estate Agent, providing exclusive services tailored to meet the needs of luxury homeowners and those who aspire to invest in real estate. Having built and renovated luxury homes and invested in real estate, I have walked in my client’s shoes. This often allows me to easily relate to and anticipate their needs before they are articulated.

As for my background, I’m a husband and the father of two adult children. I hold an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Methodist University. I attend Chase Oaks Church, and I’m the Finance Chair on the Board of Governors of B.H. Carroll Theological Institute. I also serve as the President of the Fairview Oak Meadows Homeowners Association.

So, if you’re looking for a dedicated and experienced real estate professional who not only values your investment but is also committed to helping you achieve your real estate goals, then look no further!

ABOUT PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES
The private client services offered by Edwin Jones include Luxury Buy/Sell Representation, Continuous Advisory, and Real Estate Investment Portfolio Guidance, all without any additional fee. Although there is no precise definition of private client services across industries, these services usually feature personalized and high-end assistance, exclusive advisory services, and specialized product offerings. The professionals providing these services are often licensed, have fiduciary responsibilities, and in some cases hold advanced degrees. High-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) are the typical target audience for private client services, as they require tailor-made solutions to accommodate their unique financial situations. While some services might charge additional fees, such fees are not the norm across the board.
